Track symptoms. Discover patterns.
The perimenopause tracker that shows what’s changing—and whether what you’re trying is actually helping.
What PeriCue does
Log symptoms in seconds, track your cycle and hot flashes, and keep HRT, medications and supplements in one place—with schedules, supply and refill reminders.
Trends across 30, 90 or 180 days, and a 30-second weekly brief of what improved, what worsened, and what’s new.
Mark a change—started HRT, cut caffeine—and PeriCue compares your symptoms before and after, with medication adherence built in.
Features
Log 17 symptoms in a tap, with severity. The ones that matter most to you rise to the top.
Patches and cyclical schedules, taken/skipped/late, supply and refill reminders, dose history and side-effect notes.
Mark a change and compare your symptoms before and after — with medication adherence built in, so results aren’t miscredited.
Track periods and spotting, with gentle flags for changing cycle length, baseline shifts, and unusually long bleeding.
One tap the moment one hits, plus a time-of-day chart so you can see when they cluster.
30-, 90- and 180-day charts, and a 30-second summary of what improved, what worsened, and what’s new.
PeriCue connects the dots — like hot flashes that track with low-sleep nights, or shifts across your cycle.
Import sleep and cycle history, read HRV and wrist temperature for extra context, or bring a CSV from Flo or Clue.
Private notes you can search and tag to a hot flash, symptom spike, medication change, cycle event, or appointment.
A clean PDF of your symptoms, cycle and treatments to bring to your next appointment.
Log a hot flash or symptom right from your wrist — it syncs straight to your phone.
